Television

TV?
Is television the substance of the Nation?
One of the many I'm afraid. It is ridiculously easy to sit in front of the glass, day after day, hour after hours and live agent through characters on the screen. Children do it … they imitate what they watch, their play is filled with superheroes and such. Women do, to know their favorite soap character most intimate details as well as they know the contents of their own toilets, and more, the debate and wrangling over happenings at these shows. Reality / game shows, where the success of a participant / candidate is dependent on an audience that represents a bond with and vote for the top of each other, regardless of the persons for profit. Media, in all its forms, is addictive … how unfortunate it is that we, and yes I am including myself, have to find televisions, etc., as an escape from ourselves.

This graph makes no sense.
One: why would someone’s job satisfaction be so strongly tied to the number of staplers in the office? As soon as 100 staplers have been stolen he quits? (in a month named “quitting” nonetheless).
Two: You can’t measure your job satisfaction by staplers, so the y-axis makes no sense.
Three: Why do staplers stop getting stolen from December 15th through January 15th? Does someone stop stealing staplers when bonuses are distributed (is the market for used staplers a profitable one)?
There is one stapler in office space. The tree is nice though.
