Blue Heaven is Milkshake Vanilla-orange. A Blue Heaven Cocktail: 2 cl Amaretto almond liqueur 2 cl rum 4 cl Blue Curacao liqueur fill with pineapple juice 1 slice pineapple Pour Blue Curacao in the glass. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake Amaretto, rum and pineapple juice. Pour in glass and stir. Garnish with pineapple slice.
